Planks for Paws is an event we created to be able to give back to our furry buds that deserve love and a warm bed but don’t yet have that.
The morning will start with a 45 min bootcamp style plyometrics workout (good for all fitness levels) that will challenge your strength and endurance - it’ll be fun! Followed by that, we’ll slow it down and stretch it out with a 45 min hatha yoga session by the lovely and talented Hillary Keegan.
Following yoga, we will be doing prize draws for a ton of wicked prizes!
We’re asking for a minimum of $10 donation to attend the event with ALL proceeds going to HugABull rescue (http://hugabull.com/)
There will be a couple pups on site that are up for adoption and need homes, as well as a couple people from HugABull fielding questions about adoption/fostering and the rescue in general.

Greg works for BC Hydro and I am a Beer Rep for Big Rock brewery! We moonlight as personal trainers/group fitness instructors and nutritionists. We have 4 rescue animals at home (2 dogs and 2 cats) and if space allowed, we would have a bunch more! We have huge hearts for our furry babes and we want to be able the less fortunate ones that don’t yet know what it’s like to be loved.
Please help us reach our goal of raising $5000 for HugABull rescue !!!
