Chapel's mission is simple: To invite and unite a generation of young people to see God move in our city. Through passionate worship, inspiring & convicting messages, and a growing community of awesome people, Chapel is a night to participate in what God is doing in Vancouver.
The Group's Purpose
Started by a few youth groups in South Van, and soon joined by a surge of young people from Anvil Island Summer Camp, Chapel is witnessing God moving first hand in the hearts of young people all over the city. The best part is, this is only the beginning. The goal of Chapel, and those who are committed to it, has never been to have a fun worship night. While it is a ton of fun, the mission is much greater than that. God wants to save our city, and we want what he wants. Our purpose is nothing short of seeing our generation awakened to the reality of Jesus.
How to Help
There are lots of ways to help Chapel reach this city.
1. Spread the word.
Join the Chapel Facebook group, stay up to date with upcoming events, and step out in faith and invite others! http://www.facebook.com/groups/ChapelVancouver/
2. Contribute financially. Chapel is looking for churches, organizations and individuals who have the same heart to see God move in our city to partner with us. These funds will help pay for facility/equipment rentals, food, and other small running costs.
About the Organizers
Chapel is put on by a large network of amazing volunteers. Inside of this team are several individuals who have taken a leadership role.
