The Group's Purpose
Indoor Paralympic boccia is not the backyard picnic version your grandparents play. The goal is to place, push, smash, ricochet, lob, slice and score your soft leather balls, on a hard gymnasium floor.
We will have the refreshments of a traditional backyard boccia party.
So come for a night out, be refreshed, play boccia, enter a meat draw, put on a massive sumo suit, meet other cool and powerful Vancouverites, win sweet prizes and glory - and know that the next time you see a Canadian boccia player on an international podium, you helped put them there.
