2. We hold ongoing postpartum support groups in several different locations in Lower Mainland British Columbia.
3. We provide community education through our interactive talks at Mother & Baby groups.
4. We hold partner education sessions, couples sessions, and sleep sessions, to provide family support related to postpartum depression and/or anxiety.
5. We provide training to service providers interacting with new families on postpartum support through group facilitation and/or telephone or text counselling.
6. We have our own publications including a self help guide and training manuals.
7. We also have an informational website with resources for postpartum women and families, www.postpartum.org
