Giving Groups
Giving Groups bring multiple people together to give. You can pool or raise money to support causes or charities together.
When you click 'Create a Giving Group,' you'll need to log in to your Impact Account or sign up first.
Donations to this page will be managed by RC Forward, a project of Rethink Charity Foundation. Learn more about this project at rcforward.org!
RC Forward supports high-impact charities around the world. Donations to our funds will be allocated to evidence-based charities. These charities have been recommended by charity evaluators like GiveWell and Life You Can Save so you know that your donation is making a big impact.
Global Health is a high-impact cause area, and preventing is often more cost-effective than treating. The diseases easiest to battle are long gone in the developed world. This is because they're extremely easy and cheap to prevent and treat. These are the 'low-hanging fruit' for reducing human suffering and saving lives.
Currently, the Global Health Fund allocates donations to the following charities based on recommendations from charity evaluators:
-Against Malaria Foundation
-Schistosomiasis Control Initiative
-Evidence Action
-Living Goods
-Project Healthy Children
-Malaria Consortium
Our goal is to guide giving with reason and evidence, so you don't have to guess which charities will do the most good. We support many different kinds of charities, all unified by one thing: evidence showing they're among the best in the world. See our page, What Is High-Impact Charity?, for more information.

IMPORTANT: If you start your own campaign, anyone can give and be issued a tax receipt, but please make sure donors to your campaign know that these receipts are only valid for Canadian taxpayers.
As of February 26, 2020, donations made through RC Forward are subject to a 4% operations allocation, with exceptions. Learn more on our blog.

Rethink Charity (teamed up with the Chimp Foundation) is giving Canadian donors the opportunity to donate tax deductibly to high-impact charities in and outside of Canada. Donate to our other funds or to specific charities by visiting rcforward.org.
If you are making a donation of $1000 or more, or a monthly donation of $200 or more, please send an email to [email protected] so we can provide you with alternative donation options that could cut back significantly on third-party fees.
Tee Barnett and Baxter Bullock are co-founders of RC Forward, Students for High-Impact Charity (SHIC) and Executive Directors of Rethink Charity, organizations dedicated to teaching people about how to make the largest positive impact on the world with their time, skills, and money.
Baxter is a former high school math teacher who has traveled in over 30 countries. Tee earned his M.A. specializing in International Development from National Chengchi University (政治大學) in Taipei.
