Territo Foundation was founded in memory of my brothers Jacky and Ricardo Territo, to honor their legacy of kindness and generosity. With your support, we continue their mission to make a positive impact and keep their memory alive.
REASON FOR BEING
This foundation exists to celebrate the lives of my brothers, whose strength and courage in the face of cancer were a testament to their character. Through their stories, we aim to inspire hope, provide education, and fund research, striving for a future where fewer families have to endure the pain of cancer.
MISSION
The Territo Foundation is dedicated to advancing cancer research and supporting families affected by this disease, with a particular focus on melanoma and sarcoma. Inspired by Jacky and Riccardo's resilience and innovation, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer and to support causes that reflect their values of compassion, strength, and community.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
We envision a world where cancer is not a life sentence but a challenge that can be overcome. By funding innovative research, supporting patients and families, and raising awareness, we aim to turn the tide against cancer and make a real difference in people's lives.

INNOVATION: We believe in forward-thinking solutions, inspired by Jacky and Riccardo's visionary approach, to find new ways to prevent, treat and overcome cancer. COMPASSION: Every action we take is rooted in empathy and the desire to support families affected by cancer, just as Jacky and Riccardo supported their community. RESILIENCE: In the spirit of Jacky and Riccardo's courage, we are committed to perseverance, knowing that progress in this field requires strength and determination. COLLABORATION: We work together with leading researchers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to maximize our impact and bring lasting change.
FUTURE EXPANSION
In addition to its current focus on cancer support, the Territo Foundation envisions expanding to other causes that reflect Jacky and Riccardo's values:
EDUCATION and SCHOLARSHIP: Jacky and Riccardo valued education and lifelong learning. By supporting educational initiatives, the foundation can empower individuals to achieve their academic and professional goals, reflecting their belief in the transformative power of education. Partnering with organizations like Pathways to Education Canada will allow the foundation to create opportunities for students in need. MENTAL HEALTH: Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, especially for those facing health challenges, aligns with the compassionate spirit of Jacky and Riccardo. Supporting mental health initiatives ensures individuals have access to necessary resources and support systems. Organizations like the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) would be valuable partners in this area. ELDER CARE: Promoting programs that connect younger generations with the elderly fosters a sense of community and respect for seniors. This approach mirrors Jacky and Riccardo's commitment to family values and the importance of intergenerational support. Future programs may focus on encouraging youth involvement in elder care initiatives. ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMS: Jacky and Riccardo's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others achieve their goals can be honored by supporting budding entrepreneurs. Providing mentorship and resources to young business leaders, encourages innovation and economic growth, continuing their legacy of leadership and community contribution. Futurpreneur Canada is the ideal partner to help develop programs in this area.
