Refugees dreaming about self-employment face limited access to funding to get started. Help our clients overcome initial costs by supporting our Ignite entrepreneurship program.

The Group's Purpose

Ignite is a no-cost, ISSofBC program helping refugees and immigrants move their business ideas to reality. Group donations help refugee entrepreneurs overcome prohibitive start up costs and remove barriers to their success in business. By removing several of the prohibitive initial costs, the option of entrepreneurship becomes accessible to more refugees and encourages greater participation of refugees in business.

  • Business registration and name search submission

  • Food safe certification cost

  • Application for Business license
