For Donors

All donations instantly receive a charitable tax receipt. Road To Racing is an Amateur Athletics Association, with the mandate to support amateur motorsports athletes across Canada. As per CRA requirements, Donors can indicate their program preference for how a charity will apply their donation (in this case to Callum Baxter) but ultimate authority on the use of the resources must rest with the charity. If the charity does not use the donation in the way the donors prefer, the charity will not return the donation to the donors. For example, if the driver decides not to race, the remaining funds would remain with R2R for other scholarships.
