Road To Racing is proud to announce Antonio Costantino is returning for a second year of Toyo F1600 Championship We believe that with the right support and funding, he can go far in the sport. Antonio had a great rookie season and is looking forward to a second year in the Toyo F1600 Championship.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE

Fundraising in 2023 was extremely successful through the Road to Racing program. In addition to the $26,410 raised through this site, there was an additional $40,000 raised through direct contributions. The hope for 2024 is to secure the funding to adequately prepare to challenge for the top step of the podium.

Antonio's plans for 2023 - Toyo Tires F1600 Championship

R2R, together with Antonio, has been in discussions with the top race teams in the Toyo Tires F1600 Championship series, with many current and past INDYCAR and IMSA drivers in its alumni including Conor Daley (Indycar), Roman De Angelis (winner of the 24hrs of Daytona), Dalton Kellet (Indycar), Zach Robichon (IMSA), and many others. F1600 has a proven track record of turning aspiring young karters into professional drivers. It is a highly competitive fields with lots of close racing action leads to excellent race craft skills that will carry those drivers far. This year, the team wants to launch an all out attack by ensuring we have all the testing, practise, and preparedness to get to the top step.

The team is also planning to qualify and compete in the SCCA National Runoffs Championship for 2024. This is another opportunity to build on Antonio's talent and skills.

How you can help

Please consider contributing to Antonio's racing year. Motorsports is expensive, and our goal is to help kids move forward in the sport without the benefit of rich parents. In most cases, like Antonio's, the parents have sacrificed and contributed greatly to get their kids to this point, but the next step is beyond their reach without assistance. All money contributed is a 100% CHARITABLE DONATION with a full charitable tax receipt. This is made possible through Charitable Impact, and Road To Racing Canada which is a registered Canadian amateur athletics association.

Note to Donors
As per CRA requirements, Donors can indicate their program preference for how a charity will apply their donation (in this case to Anthony Costantino), but ultimate authority on the use of the resources must rest with the charity.
If the charity does not use the donation in the way the donors prefer, the charity will not return the donation to the donors. For example if the driver decides not to race, the remaining funds would remain with R2R for other scholarships.
