InstaFund La Prima Racing is a women’s UCI Continental Professional Cycling Team. The team strives to develop not only the next generation of elite female cyclists, but well rounded individuals.
The Group's Purpose
InstaFund La Prima Racing is a platform for continued progress towards equality in sport. The United Nations set a goal that by 2030, we need to ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life. Presently, approximately 94% of women who hold c-suite level positions are former or current athletes, progress towards equal opportunities for women begins with equality in the sporting world.
The founders of the team, Adam and Isabella are confident that in the long-run they will be publishing a report that shows the direct link to women who came through the La Prima Racing program, graduated to World Tour Cycling Teams, and later held senior managerial positions.
InstaFund La Prima Racing is not just a women’s professional bike team, but a place for women to develop as professionals both on and off the bike. La Prima Racing is a vehicle to help ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life.
How to Help
All donations to the team are used to help provide a professional learning environment for the racers. Your financial donations are greatly appreciated.
