The Group's Purpose
There continues to be an overwhelming number of individuals and families seeking refuge from violence in their home countries. To aid this distressed population, we have formed a Sponsorship Group to work with the Canadian government to bring forcibly displaced refugees families to Canada. Our group will help support the family, emotionally, physically and financially, after they arrive in Canada.
How to Help

About the Organizers
The GHRSCG (or Gerkins) is a secular group that has organized with Saint Dunstan's Anglican Church in Victoria BC. We came together as we all feel compelled to help. St. Dunstan's has agreed to provide the background infrastructure we need to conduct charitable fundraising and the Anglican Diocese of Victoria is acting as our Sponsorship Agreement Holder.
