• My dream is to become an IndyCar driver and a pro racing engineer
• Both of my grandfathers & uncles karted in the 70’s. My dad starting karting during his late 30’s, I grew up around the track and caught the bug.
• 2014 - Start karting at 10, Won Rookie of the Year at Waterloo (same Rob Wickens & Rob Howden)
• 6 years of karting total, 3 yrs 4 stroke, 3 years 2 stroke. Multiple championships and podiums, I won most sportsmanlike driver 2 years
• Team Canada 2 years in a row at the ROK World Finals in Italy
• SKUSA Series winner, multiple ROK Winter Tour podiums
• Changed focus at 15 yrs old from karting to cars
• 2019 - F1600 Rookie of the Year in the F1600 Canada series
• 2020 - F1600 Canadian Champion - Youngest Canadian winner ever. Record previously held by Paul Tracy from 1985. (92% Podium avg, 75% win avg.) 2 track records, Mosport & Shannonville Multiple F1600 wins in the USA.
• 2021 - USF4 Vice Champion, winningest driver with 6 wins, 9 podiums, 17 starts, poles, track record. Winningest F4 driver ever in Canada.( 53% podium avg, 35% win avg)
• 2022 – USF Juniors Champion, winningest driver, 5 wins of 16 races, 12 podiums, 10 poles, track records, most laps lead. (75% podium avg, 33% win avg)
• USF2000 debut 3 win, 6 podiums

- Driver must be born in Canada and long-term resident
- Driver must be between 15 and 23 years old
- Driver will submit two letters of recommendation from national motorsport’s icons.
- Driver must have competed a minimum of one full season in a national series with multiple wins, poles, finishing no less than third in the championship.
- The following series are acceptable, F1600 Ontario, F1600 FRP, F1600 UK, F4 US, FR US, GB4, GB3, USF Juniors, USF2000
- The driver, family and mentors must all be active in fund raising. Have existing financial resources, sponsors, and partners. Continue to build a strong media and social media presence with local activations and PR.
- 70% of the funds will be paid directly to an existing professional Road to Indy team. 30% of the funds will be paid to the scholarship winner for expenses such as on track insurance, crash damage, travel. Proof must be given that all prior racing programs are at a zero balance prior to disbursement.
All donations instantly receive a charitable tax receipt. Road To Racing is an Amateur Athletics Association, with the mandate to support amateur motorsports athletes across Canada.
As per CRA requirements, Donors can indicate their program preference for how a charity will apply their donation (in this case to Mac Clark), but ultimate authority on the use of the resources must rest with the charity.
If the charity does not use the donation in the way the donors prefer, the charity will not return the donation to the donors. For example if the driver decides not to race, the remaining funds would remain with R2R for other scholarships.
