This Giving Group is meant to fund the creation of the first indoor VERT RAMP in Quebec at the AREA50 Skateboarding Facility.
The Group's Purpose
The purpose of the "Area Skateboard Club Vert Ramp Project" is to create a Vert demographe in Quebec by giving the opportunity to the local community to learn a style of skateboarding that wasn't accessible in the region before.
How to Help
"Area Skateboard Club" relies on donations and volunteers to achieve its mandate. By donating or volunteering, you can become a collaborator member of the club for the Vert Ramp Project and receive invites for attending the inauguration event of the vert ramp and other special events given at it's skateboarding facility in Sainte-Marie.
About the Organizers
"Area Skateboard Club" is a non-profit organization formed by passionated skateboarders obsessed with the idea of creating a better access to skateboarding. Its mission is to promote and support the long term development of skateboarders in Chaudière-Appalaches. Since 2015, the club has connected a growing community of involved skateboarders while developing a collective indoor DIY skatepark. This skateboarding facility have had a positive impact on the local skateboarding community by increasing the accessibility to an enhanced skateboarding experience.
