What we do
YSM is a vibrant, Toronto-based Christian development agency that has been working on the front lines of poverty since 1896. We are leading an infectious movement -- going beyond meeting immediate needs by offering holistic programs and a pathway that can transform the lives of community members.

YSM’s Evergreen Centre for Street-Involved Youth, including our Health Centre - 365-367 Spadina Ave
Davis Centre, where we operate our Food Bank and deliver programs for families in need and Adults experiencing chronic poverty - 270 Gerrard St. E.
Genesis Place, YSM’s 26-unit transitional housing facility - 280 Gerrard St. E.
Martin Centre, our head office and community usage space - 306 Gerrard St. E.
Double Take Thrift Store – which is also a retail employment training centre - & Computer Literacy Centre, offering computer classes for those from grade 1 to seniors age - 310 Gerrard St. E.
