The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Foundation is dedicated to meeting Alberta’s current and emerging needs for polytechnic education and applied research. Its mission is to drive a prosperous Alberta and support thriving individuals through experiential learning and strong connections to industry. NAIT strives to be relevant and responsive in addressing workforce demands and is recognized as a vital source of talent and innovation far beyond provincial borders.

Geographic Focus
The foundation is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and focuses its main efforts on serving the province of Alberta. While its primary impact is local, NAIT’s influence also extends beyond Alberta, as it educates global talent for local needs and prepares students for success in a globalized world. The institution’s programs attract students from more places, reflecting both a regional and, to some extent, an international reach.
