The Charity operates on the North Shore of Vancouver. It's focus is centred on providing the pastoral care to residents as part of the Circle of Care Housing Program. This housing program addresses the physical health, mental health and spiritual needs of individuals. CMHA North West Vancouver, VCH Health Connections Clinic and the Lazarus Community Society, work in collaboration to provide support and services to the residents. Each partner provides unique but equally important services to help individuals in need access and maintain their housing.
