Team Rubicon Canada is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.
Every year, communities across Canada and the world are struck by disasters and humanitarian crises causing widespread damage and impacting the most vulnerable.
Team Rubicon unites the skills and experience of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams following natural disasters and humanitarian crises. Utilizing veterans’ unique skills increases the efficacy of our disaster response while providing veterans the opportunity to rediscover their sense of purpose, identity, and community through continued service.
Newfoundland Wildfire Response

Operation Caribou Fire.
At the request of the Government of Newfoundland, Team Rubicon Canada is mobilizing our Greyshirts to respond to the aftermath of the wildfires in Adam's Cove, NL. Our team will be assisting with heirloom recovery by using our sifting capabilities.
