What we do
South Fraser Search and Rescue is a 100% volunteer regional search and rescue team providing search and rescue services to the cities of Delta, Richmond, Surrey and White Rock BC and via mutual aid to teams throughout BC.
We use your generously donated funds to purchase equipment and train our volunteers (nobody on the team is paid nor do we have any paid staff) be able to respond 24/7/365.
In 2024 we responded to over 42 separate searches, and unfortunately, the trend has been the number of calls has been going up increasing the need for equipment and training.
