Nations Cry's main program is Pathway Academy, a junior and senior secondary school that opened in 2016. The school now serves more than 600 students annually. They have a strong commitment to gender equality, with a policy requiring at least 50% female staff and students. To encourage female education, they offer free tuition for girls and have no age limits. As a result, 75% of their student population is female. Nations Cry has graduated hundreds of students, many of whom have gone on to higher education and careers. They also offer scholarships to help students continue their education.
