The Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS) is dedicated to improving the lives of stray, lost and unwanted cats and dogs in Langley, British Columbia. Based at the Patti Dale Animal Shelter, LAPS has more than 300 volunteers that care for more than 800 dogs and 400 cats each year. In addition, LAPS provides more than 300 free cat spay and neuter certificates to help control cat overpopulation.
