The Kenora and Lake of the Woods Regional Community Foundation is an independent, volunteer-driven charitable organization. It helps facilitate community philanthropy by working with donors and local charities. The foundation builds and manages endowment funds to support local charities and community priorities. It aims to improve community living and quality of life for citizens and visitors. The foundation invests donations in endowment funds to create lasting support for the region.

The foundation serves the Kenora and Lake of the Woods Region in Ontario. This includes Kenora, Keewatin, Reddit, Minaki, Sioux Narrows, and Nestor Falls. It also covers First Nations Territories and unincorporated areas surrounding Lake of the Woods. The foundation describes this region as "an inspiring and ideal place to live, work and raise a family".

Since 2004, the foundation has granted over $5 million to more than 70 local charities. In 2025, they aim to distribute more than $500,000 in growth money. The foundation supports various causes through their granting programs. Recently, they contributed $100,000 to the Beyond The Scan Campaign. This will help bring a Diagnostic Imaging Centre to the local hospital. The foundation also runs the Moffat Family Fund grant program. Applications opened on January 28, 2025, with a February 28, 2025 deadline.
