Gospel Outreach Canada (GOC) assists missions of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) in overseas locations where local revenue is insufficient to achieve the goals of said mission. GOC signs a memorandum of agreement with each mission whereby the mission undertakes to use all funds received from GOC in harmony with the agreement. The mission, furthermore, is responsible to train and supervise the Bible workers in the objectives of the SDA Church. GOC undertakes to supply the missing funds as provided under the memorandum of agreement, the direct support to the Bible workers in the form of stipend and related allowances. The mission, in turn, is required to provide quarterly reports to GOC including an accounting of all funds received from GOC and the activities of the workers under this program.
