Friends of Alexander Place (FOAP) is a charitable organization comprised of local community members, with the primary goal of raising funds for the senior residents of Alexander Place (Long-Term Care Home in Waterdown, Ontario) and surrounding community. FOAP is a volunteer run board of directors and this growing team works hard throughout the year to provide financial assistance to seniors in need of enhanced palliative care, adaptive equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.), transportation to appointments, and any other specialized services as needed.
