East Meets West Children's Foundation aims to provide medical treatment and educational training for abandoned children and children in need. The charity focuses on making a positive impact in the lives of young children locally and globally. Every donation goes directly to help children, as the organization operates with volunteers and no overhead costs.

Geographically, the foundation serves children in the Okanagan region of British Columbia and several countries around the world. Their international reach extends to Nepal, India, Uganda, Kenya, Peru, and Bangladesh. They operate both locally in Canada and internationally to support children's needs.

Program highlights include supporting various organizations such as Karis Support Society, Starbright Child Development Society, and Kelowna Women's Shelter. They helped build Julia's Junction in West Kelowna and supported Penticton's Excel, a learning center for autistic children. The foundation also provided assistance to School District 23, Kelowna Community Resources food hamper program, and the Child Advocacy Centre. They plan to support the 'Not in My City' program to stop child trafficking.
