Vision
Our vision is to create the most extensive network of vetted afterschool program providers and organizations in BC to support schools and families with access to ongoing, affordable afterschool programs as a preventative measure for youth. We aim to create long-lasting systems change by providing ongoing programs, innovative technologies, and results-driven advocacy. We believe that afterschool programs are a vital early prevention program and an essential service for children and youth, and we are committed to making them accessible to future generations.
Mission/Mandate
Our mandate is to make afterschool programs an integral part of every child's education. We achieve this by bringing affordable, creative outlets and social-emotional learning programs to schools from 3-5 pm, and simplifying registration for families. We work with schools to access vetted programs and eliminate barriers for vulnerable families, so that every child can participate in afterschool programs. Additionally, our accessible digital tools provide families with the ability to access a wider range of community programs and opportunities, making afterschool programs more accessible to everyone.

We advocate for the importance of afterschool programs and their growth through delivering real-world in-school programs and results, partnerships with the public and private sectors, and driving investments and policy changes to strengthen the out-of-school education sector. We believe in the transformative power of afterschool programs and are committed to making them accessible in every community.
