Carolyn's Community is dedicated to connecting people to their community through the power of giving programs. The organization’s purpose is to bring together volunteers and donors to support families, children, and newcomers in need by distributing essential items and promoting generosity.

Geographic Focus:
Carolyn's Community operates primarily in Montreal, Quebec. Its activities are focused on assisting local shelters and vulnerable communities within the city. Over 70 frontline shelters, including organizations like Shield of Athena and The Native Women's Shelter of Montreal, benefit from their programs.

Program Highlights:
Key initiatives include Carolyn’s Toy Drive, which provides gifts to children in shelters during the winter holidays, and the Coat Collection, which supplies winter coats to newcomers and families in need. The Back-to-School Collection donates backpacks and school supplies to children, while a year-round Food Drive and lunch bag program help feed families and unhoused people. The Regifting program redistributes furniture, clothing, toys, and household items to help those starting anew. Additionally, there is a youth program, “Connecting People Through the Power of Giving,” which offers high school students volunteer and life skills experience.
