Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS), formerly known as Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing, aims to give people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of snowsports. Their purpose is to eliminate barriers that prevent people with disabilities from skiing and snowboarding. They create a fun and inclusive environment that embraces diversity. CADS is committed to the idea that "skiing is for everyone."

CADS operates across Canada with 11 divisions and 67 programs nationwide. The organization was founded in 1976 by Jerry Johnston and his wife Annie. By 2025, CADS had grown to include more than 5,400 members across the country. Their headquarters are located in Vancouver, BC, overseeing operations that span from coast to coast.

CADS provides specialized knowledge, equipment, tactics, and skills to support people with various disabilities. They help those with visual impairments, physical impairments requiring balance or mobility support, and neurodiverse individuals. CADS offers standardized instructor certification programs with four difficulty levels. As of 2022, they had 1,600 certified instructors and coaches plus 1,500 volunteers. Their instructor courses are accredited by the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance.
