What we do
Since 2016, our mission has been to support, promote, and expand skateboarding in Canada, while also creating opportunities for athletes to showcase their talents on the global stage.
Canada Skateboard is the national body for skateboarding in Canada, recognized by the Canadian Olympic Committee and World Skate, the international federation. The organization is responsible for promoting skateboarding supporting long-term skateboarder development, organizing a national event series, and managing participation at international events.
Canada Skateboard is not-for-profit corporation, and a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association comprised of a small staff team and volunteer-based board of directors.
On behalf of Canadian skateboarders, we are seeking financial support to assist our mission to promote, support and build skateboarding in Canada. To achieve our goals, we rely on government funding, grants, donations and commercial partnerships.
