High school education, counselling, nature therapy and outdoor adventure for youth struggling with mental health and learning challenges. We also run a range of programs for indigenous youth.  

It is commonly understood that teens are contending with mental health issues on an unprecedented scale. Forty percent of all Canadian youth are suffering significantly with mood disorders like anxiety and depression (CAMH).

We partner with a range of youth mental health organizations, school boards, and indigenous agencies.

The gist of this program is simply to target youth most in need. It means the severity of mental health issues with be more challenging to address. But these partners are willing to provide staffing resources to support the youth and Boundless staff.

In addition to helping these kids complete high school, we’ll use an evidence-based approach that includes Behavioural Activation, CBT, Mindfulness, rigorous physical activity, and immersion in the natural world.


 

We work with key indigenous partnerships to offer a range of programs to struggling indigenous youth. While each partnership is highly nuanced, we shall emphasize the following elements

1) We teach and catapult youth towards their full high school diplomas using our community and boarding school models
2) We address problematic substance abuse
3) We emphasize leadership development to help our partners develop, cultivate, and enhance their own youth programs.
4) We are a conduit for Elders to conduct cultural teachings and bring their communities closer together
