TRADITIONAL MATCHES-ONE CHILD (AGE 6-16) AND ONE ADULT ARE MATCHED AND MEET WEEKLY IN THE COMMUNITY SETTING FOR A MINIMUM OF A YEAR COMMITMENT WITH THE PURPOSE OF FORMING A BOND AND ACTING AS A ROLE MODEL. WAITING LITTLES /BIG BUNCH-BBBSLG STAFF ORGANIZES AND FACILITATES A DAY TRIP FOR THE CHILDREN ON THE WAITLIST AND BIG FOR A DAY VOLUNTEERS. BIG FOR A DAY- A FULLY SCREENED ADULT VOLUNTEER WHO DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR A WEEKLY MATCH COMMITMENT AND ATTENDS AGENCY OUTINGS AND ACTIVITY NIGHTS WHEN AVAILABLE.
