OUR COOKING CLASSES TEACH AUTISTIC ADULTS TO PREPARE HEALTHY MEALS USING NUTRITIOUSING REDIENTS. WE ENHANCE THEIR SOCIAL-COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH SUPPORTED INTERACTIONS WHILE COOKING AND EATING TOGETHER. OUR BOOK "COACH IN THE KITCHEN; COOKING WITH AUTISM" TEACHES HOW TO RUN SUCH CLASSES AND INCLUDES MARY RECIPES PRESENTED TO SUIT THE PROCESSING PATLERNS OF PERSON'S WITH AUTISM. WE HOST VISITORS TO OUR CLASSES WHO ARE WORKING OR LIVING WITH PEOPLE ON THE SPEETRUM AND WISH TOLEARN MORE ABOUT OUR PROGRAM. SOME OF OUR VISITOURS PLAN TO REPLICATE OUR PROGRAM ELSEWHERE. WE SUPPORT THEIR EFFORTS BYSHANING OUR EXPERTISE DURING ANDAFTER THE VISIT.
