Education: programs for 100+ people (preschool stimulation; literacy for out-of-school children; tutoring for in-school childrenl literacy for women and youth; Health & Healing special needs clinic, improved nutrition. Total of 3765 breakfasts/afternoon snacks served in 2017. Safe Motherhood: material health services provided by traditional midwives and a diploma nurse. Microenterprise: quilting & sewing workshop; weavers; promoter store. Environment, water & sanitation: focus on ecological wood stoves.

Special project: 1) Touring art & palm exhibition ended in Hamilton ON in February 2017. 2) Investigation on consumption of firewood/fuel with 300 families following distribution of 350 ecological stoves. 3) Development of new literacy curriculum with 8 modules for rural, Indigenous women based on human rights, Iguality and personal development; being pilot tested.
