All-Together provides housing - both transitional and permanent to persons of low or modest income, including seniors and persons with disabilities. All-Together is partnered with Canadian Mental Health Association - HPE and HIV/AIDS Regional Services (HARS-Kingston) who provide support to our tenants. All-Together's current housing projects include a transitional housing project (called Tom's Place) for seniors at risk of homelessness and a Healthy Space Housing project which includes three permanent housing units and 2 transitional housing units which are co-managed by CMHA-HPE and HARS. All-Together also provides a modest tenant support program to assist with hydro costs, food security and rent payments for those moving onto permanent housing in our community.
All-Together is the lead agency for the Quinte Community and Housing First Partnership, a collaborative approach to affordable and supportive housing service programs. Our approach recognizes the critical role played by private market landlords in the Housing First model and the equally important role of community agencies in supporting vulnerable individuals both within their 'home' and in the broader community. This is NOT a new program of All-Together but rather a NEW volunteer role for the agency.
