participate in and support various civic activities in their community, such as Cadets Caring for Canada,Royal Canadian Legion Poppy fund raising, Remembrance day and other civic parades, visit hospitalized Legionnaires, Canada Day celebrationis League has an M.O.U partnership withthe Aero Space sector. n and women of the squadron participate in local training in a program developed under the Department of National Defense guidelines during a school year, attend summer courses at DN DND training camps (CFB bases) of 2 to 8 weeks duration (courses range from 2 weeks basic to 8 weeks power/glider pilot licenses to Transport Canada standards, survival, instructor and leadersship, aviation technical and band courses amongst others). They also participate in and support various civic activities in their community, such as Cadets Caring for Canada,Royal Canadian Legion Poppy fund raising, Remembrance day and other civic parades, visit hospitalized Legionnaires, Canada Day celebrationis League has an M.O.U partnership with the Aero Space sector.
