dminister in Partnership with the Department of National Defence under an M.R.U. and the Air Cadet League of Canada, Ontario Provincial Committee under the aegis of the Air Cadet League of Canada(National Headquarters) a squadron of youth unit fostering developing citizenship, leadership & life skills, around an interest in aviation to youths 12-18 years of age. the young men & women of the squadron participate in local training in a program developed under the Department of National Defence guidelines during the school year, attending summer courses at DND training camps(usually CFB bases) 2 weeks for basic, 8 weeks Power/Glider pilot licenses to Transport Canada Standards, survival, instructor & leadership, aviation technical & bannd ... courses among others. They also participate in & support various activities in their communities, such as Cadets Caring for Canada, Royal Canadian Legion poppy fund raising, Remembrance Day, Canada Day and other parades.
Worship on the mentoring programs ans also on building up our band. Studying (by gathering information) on how to retain cadets by interviewing the cadets leaving and the cadets remaining in the program.
