ACDR offers: counseling, support groups, financial assistance, advocacy, inter-agency support and peer mentoring, treatment access with both traditional and naturopathic practitioners and a food and vitamin bank. Education and outreach programs include: speaker's bureau, harm reduction, youth outreach, gaymen's outreach, African/Caribbean outreach, women's outreach, rural communities outreach and safer sex kit and pamphlet distribution. In addition to these services, staff and volunteers, plan such holiday and social events as the holiday hamper program, parties, bingo, bbqs and outings. This work undertaken by the staff at ACDR is hugely supported by a volunteer roster of approximately 180 individuals.
