SUMMARY PROGRAMS We conducted a rebrand to more accurately portray the organization's missions, while maintaining our charitable purposes. We changed our name to Action Dignity Society (previously known as Ethno-Culturla Council of Calgary). We celebrated our 15 years. SHARE- 3 research partnership initiatives (PC-QI, PaCES and MMP); 111 individuals engaged in Person-Centered Care Research; 7 survey tools translated into 9 languages (PaCES); 16 individuals attnded the Caregivers Journey Panel Discussion; 131 individuals from 12 ethno-cultural communities benefitedfrom five community action plans on healthy relationship promotion and domestic violence prevention; 20 community leaders learned about social and cultural aspects of domestic violence; 30 community leaders learned about peer mentorship. LEAD for Change - Developed Healthcare 101 information tool ready for community testing; Participated as part of Leadership Council for the Cultural Plan for Calgary; Worked with 62 community leaders from 20 ethno-cultural communities to clearly articulate cross-cultural issues; Facilitated community engagement meetings through 122 brokers and leaders trained to provide...

Community Brokers Program Peer support groups formed in five ethno-cultural communities with 77 participants; 5 community workshops facilitated on mental health awareness and education Youth Place 13 youth leaders coordinated a cultural performance at community event with 100 people in attendance. Community and School Engagement (CASE) 45 parents and 21 youth engaged in dialogue about community access to school space through ethnocultural craft activity * 22 parents and 67 youth participated in a survey about community use of school space * 20 participants joined a collaborative workshop with Calgary Public Library to build the confidence of community members to read with children.
