With 35+ years of experience in conflict zones, natural disasters and response to food crises, Action Against Hunger is one of the most important international organizations specialized in addressing hunger and its underlying causes.
In 2014, thanks to your support, Action Against Hunger worked in 49 different countries around the world with more than 6,000 employees and volunteers helping 13.6 million people in need.
Action Against Hunger launched new Gender Based Violence and Nutrition programmes in South Sudan, Bangladesh and Mauritania and addressed the following humanitarian emergencies: Niger, Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Colombia and eight countries accross the Sahel Region in West Africa.
