Q Impact is a global Cause Fund built to move capital where it’s needed most and least funded. We back 2SLGBTQIA+-led and 2SLGBTQIA+-serving organizations advancing safety, rights, and justice, powering movements on the ground where threats are rising and support is disappearing.

Our vision is a world where no 2SLGBTQIA+ community faces harm or isolation, and where local movements for safety, rights, and pride have the resources to thrive.
Why This Fund Exists Now: 2SLGBTQIA+ safety faces a rising threat
Across the globe, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities face escalating threats to their safety, rights, and dignity. Rising hate crimes, democratic erosion, and anti-2SLGBTQIA+ legislation are fueling fear and injustice—while funding becomes increasingly politicized and constrained.
Despite the courageous efforts of local organizations and activists, the movement remains fragmented. Sector inefficiencies, fear of visibility, and limited coordination restrict the sharing of knowledge, resources, and safety strategies when they’re needed most.
This is a critical moment: threats are rising, but funding, coordination, and support are falling behind. Q Impact exists to close that gap.
How We Fund This Movement: Combining grants and investments for greater impact
Q Impact brings together diverse forms of capital to support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities in ways traditional funding cannot. Through a combination of charitable grants and impact investments, we fund immediate needs while also backing long-term resilience and growth.
This approach allows donors to support both urgent work on the ground and sustainable solutions for the future, all through a single fund.
Our Solution
To strengthen both local and global movements, Q Impact directs funding across three pillars:
•Find & Fund Frontline Leaders: Support high-impact grassroots organizations and leaders working with minimal resources and significant personal risk.
•Resource Rapid Response to Defend 2SLGBTQIA+ Rights: Fund critical work in human rights, public safety, legal support, health services, and community building—helping organizations survive political headwinds and grow sustainable, long-term impact.
•Connect a Global Support Network: Build a peer-supported, community-based global network so organizations can share knowledge, safety strategies, data, and solidarity across borders—reducing isolation and strengthening collective power.
